I am actually writing to let all of you know that our friend and longtime Caldwell Co. Box #205 Republican Chair has passed away. James E. 'Jim" Joseph passed away at his home in Delhi, Caldwell County, Texas. His graveside service will be Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 at Fort Sam Houston Nat. Cemetery in San Antonio at 2:30 PM. McCurdy Funeral Home has the details. We will miss you Jim and your dedication to our community and to our nation. Thank you for your service.
